  • Announcement: Refers to all elements and data (text, images, videos, drawings, etc.) submitted by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility to buy, rent, or sell a vehicle or related service on the Carsathi platform.

  • Advertiser: Any individual or legal entity, of legal age, registered with a Personal Account, and posting an Announcement on the Carsathi platform.

  • Personal Account: A free account that every Advertiser must create and log into in order to post, manage, and view their listings.

  • Carsathi: Refers to the website (https://carsathi.com) operated under Kenil Global, facilitating the buying and selling of used vehicles.

  • Customer Service: The support service of Carsathi that Advertisers and Users can contact for assistance.

  • Carsathi Service: The services provided by Carsathi, including but not limited to listing, viewing, and contacting Advertisers regarding vehicles and related services.

  • Website: The online platform accessible at https://carsathi.com.

  • User: Any visitor accessing Carsathi Services through the Website.

2. Subject These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Users, Advertisers, and Carsathi regarding the use of the Website and Carsathi Services.

3. Acceptance By using the Website, Users and Advertisers fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Advertisers must provide accurate and truthful information in their Announcements.

  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the content they publish and any transactions resulting from their listings.

  • Carsathi does not verify the accuracy of the Announcements and is not liable for any misinformation provided by Advertisers.

5. Carsathi’s Responsibilities

  • Carsathi provides a platform for Users to list and browse vehicles but does not act as a party in any transaction between Users and Advertisers.

  • Carsathi is not responsible for non-performance or improper performance by Advertisers or third parties.

6. Modification of Terms Carsathi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users and Advertisers should review the Terms periodically for updates.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Carsathi is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the Website, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or fraudulent transactions.

  • Carsathi does not guarantee the availability or performance of the Website at all times.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Any complaints regarding Carsathi’s services should be directed to Customer Service.

  • In case of disputes, Users and Advertisers agree to attempt an amicable resolution before taking legal action.

9. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

  • These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.
